FKPPL yearly call for projects offers the opportunity for successfull applicants to receive travel funds for scientific exchanges between France and Korea. The scientific perimeter extends from Nuclear, Particle and Astroparticules Physics to their applications to society and e-science.

so that we can identify your project just by replacing application_name by the acronym of your project.

Guidelines
Below are some guidelines to fill in the application forms.
- FKPPL funding can be requested only for staff (researcher, engineer, and student) exchange. By no means can FKPPL funding be used to buy material or equipment .
- The contributions requested to France and Korea must be balanced.This is an important criterion that will be taken into account to approve or not the renewal each year. Note that at present there is no FKPPL specific budget on the Korean side and that the Korean teams must contribute from their own project money. Note also that this principle of balanced amounts only applies to the funding requested to FKPPL, not to the additional funding (ANR, NSF).
- Given the present financial context, it is very unlikely that the FKPPL – IN2P3 support to a given project exceeds 5000€. Projects are therefore strongly encouraged to seek financial support to the alternative funding sources for Korean-French scientific collaboration. FKPPL can provide support to help apply to any of these program calls.
- As a general practice in FKPPL, in an exchange, the country of origin pays for the trip cost while the host country takes the stay costs in charge.
- Both in the proposal and report forms, sources of funding other than FKPPL should be quoted if they directly benefit to this specific collaboration project. FKPPL. The funding source as well as its status (submitted/ approved) and amount should be quoted.
- Applications are evaluated by French and Korean reviewers and discussed within the Steering Committee. A summary of the observations and recommendations of the reviewers can be sent to the project leaders upon request.
