FKPPL projects carry out interdisciplinary research related to ionising radiation mainly in the fields of health, energy and the environment. The topics of interest include designing new instruments for medical diagnosis and therapy, the study of naturally radioactive environments and the development of simulation tools (GATE, Geant4-DNA).
